The Water-Filled Barrier with Fence Topper combines Broadfence’s standard fillable barrier base with an added fence topper section, giving sites both ground-level impact protection and additional height for visibility or basic perimeter control in a single unit. It uses the same threaded fill port and dual drain plug system as the standard barrier for fast on-site ballasting.
