How does the Broadfence Referral Program work?
When you refer a new company to Broadfence and they make a qualifying purchase of $5,000 or more within six months, you earn a $250 referral bonus. It’s that simple — refer, they buy, you get paid.
Who can participate?
Anyone located in the continental United States or Canada can participate — except Broadfence employees or their immediate family members.
What qualifies as a valid referral?
A referral is valid when:
The person you refer is not an existing Broadfence customer.
They spend at least $5,000 (before tax and shipping).
Their purchase occurs within six months of your referral submission.
How do I submit a referral?
You can submit your referral through our online Referral Submission Form at the top of this page. Be sure to include your the email address you use to receive emails from Broadfence, otherwise we may not be able to track your referral properly.
When do I get paid?
Referral bonuses are paid once the referee’s order has shipped.
How will I receive my payment?
Payments are issued by [cheque / e-transfer / store credit / gift card] — depending on your chosen payment method when you sign up. (We can customize this based on your setup.)
Can I refer more than one company?
Absolutely! There’s no limit to how many referrals you can make. Each valid referral that meets the program conditions earns you another $250 bonus.
Can I refer someone who already contacted Broadfence?
Yes — referrals must be new customers who haven’t previously purchased from Broadfence.
How will I know if my referral made a qualifying purchase?
Once your referral completes a qualifying purchase, you’ll receive an email confirmation from the Broadfence team letting you know your bonus is on the way.

Program Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: October 1, 2025
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Broadfence Referral Program (“Program”) is open to individuals and organizations located in the continental United States or Canada.
1.2 Employees, contractors, and agents of Broadfence or its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
1.3 By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Referral Requirement
2.1 A referral is considered valid when the referred person:
(a) Is a new customer to Broadfence (i.e., has never purchased from Broadfence before),
(b) Is located in the continental United States or Canada, and
(c) Makes a qualifying purchase of $5,000 or more (before taxes and shipping) within six months of being referred.
2.2 Broadfence reserves the right to verify that the referred company meets all eligibility criteria before issuing any referral rewards.
2.3 Self-referrals are not permitted.
3. Referral Bonus
3.1 For each valid referral, the referrer will receive a $250 referral bonus.
3.2 Referral bonuses will be issued in the form of [choose one: cheque, e-transfer, store credit, or gift card – specify your preference].
3.3 Referral bonuses will be processed within 30 days after the referred company completes a qualifying purchase and the order has shipped.
4. Program Administration
4.1 Broadfence reserves the right to verify the identity of both the referrer and referred company and to disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent activity.
4.2 Broadfence may amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
4.3 Any disputes arising from or related to this Program will be governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada.
5. Acceptance
By submitting a referral, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
