    Product Description

    The Earth Anchor is a lightweight pre-galvanized steel stake used to secure Broadfence fence panels directly to the ground, adding hold where a panel and foot on their own are not enough.
    It is aimed at soft ground. On loose soil, sand, or saturated ground, a weighted foot can shift under wind load even when correctly specified, because the surface it sits on moves. Driving an anchor into that ground ties the panel to material below the disturbed surface layer and stops it walking.
    The main appeal is proportionality. Not every position on a fence line needs a full stabilizer kit, and a handful of exposed or soft-ground panels can often be firmed up with anchors for a fraction of the cost and installation time. Crews can also add them reactively when a specific run starts moving, rather than planning for it at mobilisation.
    The anchor measures 17 inches long by 2.6 inches wide and weighs just 1.2 lbs, so crews can carry them in quantity and install by hand or with a mallet. It requires penetrable ground. On pavement or decks, use a ballasted stabilizer instead.
