Broadfence’s 25% Buyback Program

Broadfence’s ‘Buyback’ program makes it easy for you to solve any issues that may arise from having unwanted or unneeded panels at the end of one of your projects. This is a ‘win-win’ program and is offered to you to take advantage of, if you feel it is in your best interest. There is no obligation on you to do so should you prefer to keep them when the job is over.

Our ‘Buyback’ program does come with a few stipulations, which we clearly mark out for you here, so there are no surprises. Our terms on this program are as follows:

  • Our offer is to give you 25% of the original purchase price of the panel
  • You are entirely responsible for loading and shipping the panels back to us, including the freight cost
  • If desired, Broadfence can assist you with coordinating freight, but you are still
    responsible for all costs to get it back to us
  • We will only buy Broadfence branded panels back, to keep corporate consistency
  • Panels being returned, must have been purchased within the last 24 months
  • Panels are to be packed and stacked, neatly and safely for both shipping and ease of unloading
  • You are responsible to load the truck
  • Payment will only be issued upon shipment being received at our yard and reviewed
  • Panels must be in decent, resaleable condition, i.e. straight and square and reusable and complete with foot and clamp
  • The cost of missing or damaged pieces will be deducted from the overall refund
  • Photos showing missing or damaged pieces will be made available upon request
  • Refunds can be held on account or will be issued by cheque
